"Migrating Butterflies: No Boundaries"
Mosaic at Sargent John Macaulay Park

San Francisco,  2019-2020

Designed, fabricated and installed 30 square foot mosaic on  a curving wall.
Mosaic depicts butterflies from around the world that migrate great distances.
The butterfly mosaic provides a welcoming spirit to the park which is used primarily by immigrant families.
The mosaic flowers designs are based on the architectural elements, called rosettes,
which are found on the historic buildings in the Tenderloin neighborhood.
