Reflection Series

In this series of wall hung mosaic art, I delve into a variety of issues: the complexities of relationships, how we view one another, and the serenity of contemplative spaces inspired by nature. I find comfort in these  themes. I am fundamentally nurturing and supportive, and I manifest these characteristics in my art work.
Choice of materials is key.  Besides a variety of glass, I also incorporate, bottle necks, ceramics, buttons, shells, fossils and found objects. As I construct a whole out of many small pieces I continually look for clarity of vision, and I seek to juxtapose tensions with harmony.
